Agreement

These terms govern your use of andromity.agenticmarket.dev (the “website”), operated by AgenticMarket (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Andromity software is a separate matter: it is licensed under the MIT License, and that license, not these terms, governs your use, copying, and modification of the software’s source code.

Using the website

You may browse the website, read the documentation, and follow its links for personal or professional use. You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures;
  • probe, scan, or test the website’s vulnerabilities without our written permission (please report any vulnerability you find to us instead of exploiting it);
  • use the website to break the law or infringe the rights of others; or
  • crawl the website in ways that ignore robots.txt or place unreasonable load on it.

The software and AI output

The Andromity software is provided “as is” under the MIT License, without warranties of any kind. Documentation and guides on the website describe the software in good faith but may be incomplete or out of date.

Andromity uses large language models. Their output can be wrong, insecure, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and commands before you run, merge, or deploy them, for choosing a permission mode that fits your risk, and for backing up your work. Use of the security features reduces risk but cannot eliminate it.

Third-party providers and costs

Andromity can connect to model providers you choose (for example with your own API key) and to tools such as MCP servers. Those services are operated by others, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and may charge for usage. You are responsible for your accounts, keys, usage, and any fees. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of sites we link to.

Community submissions

The “Built with Andromity” page lets you prepare a project story as a public GitHub issue. Opening the draft does not submit anything; you submit it by clicking Create on GitHub, where GitHub’s terms also apply.

  • Only submit material you own or have permission to publish, and keep confidential code, customer data, and credentials out of it.
  • By submitting, you confirm you have that permission and allow us to feature the project and your credit on the page, as stated in the submission text.
  • Submissions are creator-supplied claims. We do not verify them, and submitting does not guarantee publication. We may decline, edit for clarity, or remove a submission at any time.

Intellectual property

Except where the repository’s license says otherwise, the website’s text, design, and graphics, and the Andromity name and logo, belong to AgenticMarket or its licensors. Third-party names and logos shown on the website belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible services; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Optional analytics runs only with your consent.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms as the website or software changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or restrict access to the website for anyone who breaches these terms.
